RULES & REGULATIONS

 

1. At most two participants are allowed per team.

 

2. Authors may send abstracts to the respective department.(MBA).

 

3. Participants will have a unique paper ID generated according to the departments and the ID will be sent to them within 24hrs.

 

4. Participants are to note that this ID is very important and has to be produced during the submission of papers. If submission is by post then they have to attach the details of the ID in the post.

 

5. Submission of paper must be strictly done in IEEE/JOURNAL format.

6. Number of pages must be limited to 6. Papers exceeding 6 pages are not considered.

 

7. Presentation should be in MS Office 2007.

 

8. 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy with their group ID on it must be submitted.

 

9. Time duration for the presentation of paper will be 8mins and 2mins for queries.
