1.Participants must bring the college ID card and authorization letter from Principal/PD.

 

2.All the draws and the event schedule will be given at the Help Desk.

 

3.No match will be rescheduled.

 

4.The decisions of the Referrers and the Sports Committee are final and binding. No requests will be entertained.

 

5.The sporting events will be scheduled from 9:00 hours to 18:00 hours.

 

6.Team should report at least one hour before the scheduled time of the match. Failure to do so will result in a walk-over.

 

7.Participating teams should bring their own sporting kits / uniform for all events compulsory. Only shorts, T-shirts or sleeveless jerseys are allowed.

 

8.Student will be disqualified from the tournament in case of any Misbehavior / Disobedient.
